Mr. Lucchese joined the Firm in January 2008 as a litigation associate. Beyond commercial litigation, he also advises clients on some transactional and employment law matters.

Mr. Lucchese graduated from the University of Oregon in 1999 with a B.A. in Political Science. In 2006, he earned his J.D. from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law.

In 1999-2002, Mr. Lucchese was a junior associate for an American investment bank in Milan, Italy. In 2002-2003, he served as a paralegal for an international law firm, also in Milan. In the summer of 2005, he interned in Washington, D.C. with the International Legal Research Center, a rule-of-law initiative funded by the United Nations Development Programme and the American Bar Association.

Mr. Lucchese is a member of the California bar. He is also admitted to practice in U.S. District Court for the Northern and Eastern Districts of California.
