Ann (Anina) M. Dalsin
Ms. Dalsin is a transactional lawyer whose practice includes corporate matters such as mergers, acquisitions and financings, as well as commercial real estate, licensing and employment matters.
Ms. Dalsin was admitted to the State Bar of California in 1995. From 1995 through 1997, Ms. Dalsin worked on international corporate transactions at Varian Associates, Inc. in Palo Alto, California. Ms. Dalsin joined the Firm as an associate in 1997 and became a partner in Gilliss Valla & Dalsin in 2001. As a result of spending a combined period of eleven years living, studying and working in Italy, Spain and Venezuela, Ms. Dalsin is proficient in Spanish and Italian. Ms. Dalsin serves as an advisor to the Board of Directors of several client companies and is active in the Women’s Section of the Contra Costa County Bar Association. Education: Ms. Dalsin received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara, in 1990. In 1995 she earned her Juris Doctor degree from California Western School of Law in San Diego where she served as a staff writer and staff editor of the Law Review and International Law Journal. Ms. Dalsin is married with two young children. |
